• Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery(Nairobi)

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Some items (e.g., lingerie, undergarments) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Ship the item back using our designated courier service.

4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange.
